Product description
The TY-4000L-D uses an AB double-jaw design and multi-stage reciprocating conveying, handling 2-20BB busbars and 156-210mm cells including 70-105mm cut cells. PLC, servo drives, linear motors and camera vision are used, with mechanical ribbon positioning for controllable white and back offset.
Optional CCD busbar / missing-corner inspection, EL string detection and ribbon bending.
